After payment is made, you will be taken to the “order complete” screen, from there you may click on the “Download: Voucher Download” link to obtain your voucher for services purchased. You may then bring in your voucher or voucher code to redeem service. Do not give or share your voucher code unless you are giving as a gift. Voucher codes may only be used one time.
Unless otherwise noted, for any service such as massages or facials you will not get anything physically shipped. Instead, you will instantly be provided (and emailed) with a download link for your service voucher (as shown below). Simply click on this link to save to your phone or write down the “voucher code” and bring it in when you come for your session
Yes, unless otherwise noted all service vouchers expire 60 days from date of purchase.
Refunds are available for unused, unexpired vouchers. All refunds are issued to the same payment method used for purchase. Simply call us at (956)787-9100 to request a refund. Expired or used vouchers are non refundable.
Yes! To give as a gift, proceed with purchase. When you download your voucher or receive via email (pdf file) you may forward your email to recipient, send them a screenshot on your phone (with voucher code & bar code), or simply write down the voucher code and give it to them. Voucher codes may only be used one time. Do not give or share voucher code unless you are giving as a gift.
